F9 Audio – SOL V2: Sunset Guitar Feat. Robin Boult (KONTAKT, REX2, ABLETON, WAV)

By | October 21, 2017

F9 Audio is proud to present: SOL Vol2 – Sunset Guitar is Robin Boult’s virtuoso talent and a stunning ballet collection of Spanish nylon guitar loops and phrases perfectly complemented with just over 1Gig of drums and effects that pays tribute to Downtempo music.

It’s hard to imagine any instrument that feels at home in the rays of the setting sun than a solo Spanish guitar, as this sound instantly places you around the southern parts of the coastline of Europe or around the lands of South America.

Ideally recorded using the Neumann M147 Valve microphone, the API 512 + Neve 1081, passing through the HCL Valve compressor, SSL EQ and the dynamic GML 8900 controller in the Apogee Symphony interface, all attention was made to ensure that these loops could be in the foreground your mixes, but you would not feel excessive processing. In this release we have created many advanced sound files for guitar loops, over 8 bars long, which makes it easy to create solo or layering.

After feedback from the F9 client base, we included every sound you can hear in the 6 audio demos that adorn this package, and we did our best to provide the perfect soundtrack with nylon solos and Robin’s rhythm parts. To provide the necessary warmth and authenticity, we received musical parts from original and vintage equipment, including TR-808, Jupiter 8, Hohner Pianet, Juno 60, Prophet 6, Fender Jazz and supplemented with the best software in the world.
