Vintage Rhodes from Loopmasters is the ultimate collection of Royalty Free Electric Piano Loops and Multi Samples primed and ready for your Deep House, Jazz, Soulful and Funk productions.
For this pack we spent weeks restoring an original late 70’s, 73key Rhodes Mk1 to its original glory. Every detail of this beautiful instrument was painstakingly restored, from tines, hammer tips, felts, key-beds and more.
Once we were satisfied this iconic instrument sounded its best, we multi-sampled it into classic Neve 1073 preamps for a pure vintage 70’s signal path, then recorded that directly into pristine high end A/D converters from Universal Audio.
We created up to 6 layers of velocity sensitive multi-samples, capturing everything from the quietest tone, to the wonderful rasp of the overloaded pickups when pushed hard, capturing the soul and essence of our beautiful Rhodes MK1. The result is one of the most accurate and well programmed sample based recreations of one of the 70’s best loved instruments. As an alternative grittier version we then re sampled the whole instrument again through the same signal path but added a Thermonic Culture Vulture to the chain, crunching up that classic sound with warm valve saturation and distortion.
The collection also features over 300 ready to drop loops and single shot chords recorded at 24Bit 44.1 kHz at tempos between 110 to 127BPM covering everything from deep and smooth to funky and jazzy. The Loops are arranged in a variety of themed folders with a wide tonal range from the classic clean sound to a processed and re sampled sound with enough progressions, lead solos and hooks for you to dip into and come back to time and time again.
