Lots of small improvements.

Corrections:
Several small compatibility fixes for macOS 11 and macOS 12.
Workaround for Apple’s unreliable AudioUnit verification. There is no longer a need to restart your Mac after installation.
Workarounds for many DAWs that were not resizing the VST3 plugin correctly.
Automation in VST3 did not work with parameters that were located behind the 10th slot.
Workaround to fix a bug in Ableton and FL Studio not correctly conforming to the AudioUnit2 standard and not displaying the AudioUnit.
Workaround to fix Ableton bug where VST3 version automation settings were not configured correctly.
Fixed a Reaper bug where automation options were not displayed correctly.
We fixed an issue that caused GUI performance to degrade over time.
Fixed possible crash.

Changes:
AudioUnit and VSTi are now universal binaries for 64-bit Intel and M1 processors.
Apple development tools cannot create 32-bit Intel binaries with M1 support. Unfortunately, we had to withdraw our support.
Apple Notarization and M1 support require macOS version greater than or equal to 10.11. If you are still using an older version, you should stick with Gladiator 3.0
