Description: Purgatory Creek Soundware Pianet T is a software reincarnation of the popular keyboard. It was deeply sampled with 8 levels of velocity recorded across the entire range.
Manufactured between 1977 and 1982, the Pianet T was popular as a lightweight alternative to larger, heavier electric pianos. Although its sound is not as tonally expressive as other instruments, it has a unique, soulful sound.
Almost every note of the instrument was recorded and release samples were included in the library. The tool uses 28 MB of RAM and requires 210 MB of free disk space.
You’ll find a three-band equalizer, volume for sampled releases, and a velocity curve dialog that allows the user to adjust the instrument to respond to touch. In addition, there are controls for tremolo, phaser and reverb effects. Finally, a number of amplifier simulations are offered.
